Returns & Refunds Policy

At AtlasPrint.ma, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning or requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns after this period may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

Personalized items (custom prints)
Perishable products
Gift cards

Arabic note: “يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي نفس الحالة التي تم استلامها بها. بعض المنتجات مثل العناصر المخصصة أو القابلة للتلف لا يمكن إرجاعها.”
French note: “Les articles doivent être inutilisés et dans le même état que lors de la réception. Certains produits personnalisés ou périssables ne sont pas retournables.”

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact customer support:

Provide your order number and details of the item to return.

Do not send the item back to the manufacturer. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Arabic: تواصل معنا لتبدأ عملية الإرجاع ولا ترسل المنتج مباشرة إلى المصنع.
French: Contactez-nous avant de retourner l’article. N’envoyez pas le produit directement au fabricant.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

If rejected, we will explain the reasons and offer the option to return the item to you at your expense.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Arabic: سيتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال 5–10 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة.
French: Le remboursement sera effectué sous 5 à 10 jours ouvrables après approbation.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact our support team.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Arabic: يتم تبادل المنتجات حسب التوفر فقط.
French: Les échanges sont soumis à disponibilité.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos.

We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Arabic: اتصل بنا فوراً في حالة وجود تلف أو عيب مع الصور.
French: Contactez-nous immédiatement si l’article est endommagé ou défectueux, avec photos.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this period, the order may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

Arabic: يمكنك إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من تقديمه.
French: Vous pouvez annuler la commande dans les 24 heures suivant la commande.
